CLUSMO is written in MATLAB. It gets simulated data and initial parameters as inputs. This algorithm applied for estimating parameters of A Profile Hidden Markov Models.
 

How To Run The Program :

1. One file is available for download (CLUSMO.rar:These file contains Matlab code for estimating parameters of A Profile Hidden Markov Models under ML and BMCMC methods)

2. In order to estimate the parameters under ML method run a Matlab script file(run_ml.m).

3. finally, run the Matlab script file (run_bmcmc.m) for estimating the parameters under BMCMC method.
