This software is for detecting similar patterns called Motif on DNA sequences.

 

 

 

System Requirements:

 

1. Windows XP or Vista operating system.
2. 256 MB RAM (at least)
3. 2 GHz CPU

      4.   MATLAB compiler(www.mathworks.com/products/compiler)

 

This software includes the folder "form mcr" and the following files:
